Lord teach me to pray Spirit-filled, Spirit-lead faith based prayers, instead of prayers that are panic-based, carnal and soulish from my mind, will or emotions.
Lord teach me how to pray for my inner life, for the condition of my heart, my spiritual growth, my attitudes and my motives, rather than my outer life, my circumstances, the activities I'm involved in and the things that happen around me. I pray that You Lord, will strengthen me internally and help me to live out of a pure heart from the right motives. I know then Lord You in Your grace, mercy and loving kindness will take care of all the 'external' matters.
